There are many wiring diagrams and principles for temperature controllers. Below, I will describe them in detail
1、 A temperature controller consists of two main components: temperature control and temperature detection. Most temperature controllers also have protection and alarm functions. The working principle of a temperature controller is to sample the temperature of the environment through a temperature sensor and monitor it in real time. When the temperature of the environment is higher than the set value of the temperature controller, the circuit is controlled to start, and we can set the control hysteresis
2、 When the thermostat operates at high or low temperatures, a component is needed to inform the thermostat of the current temperature outside, which is accomplished by a temperature sensor. Common thermocouples have two wires. When wiring, connect the thermocouple to terminals 1 and 2. Generally, the red wire is positive and the blue wire is negative. Do not connect the positive and negative poles incorrectly
3、 Connect the neutral and neutral phases of the temperature controller to the neutral wire of the leakage protection switch, connect the thermocouple to the 1 and 2 terminals of the temperature controller, connect the high and total to the input terminals A1 and A2 of the solid-state relay, connect the output terminal L1 of the solid-state relay to the live wire of the switch, connect T1 to one end of the heating tube, and connect the other end of the heating tube back to the neutral wire of the switch.
